The second season of the Dazed co-founder’s podcast, Where It’s At…, features more long-form conversations across music, fashion, film and food

Season two of Where It’s At… by Dazed co-founder Jefferson Hack continues the podcast’s focus on long-form conversations with influential figures across music, fashion, film and beyond. Now reaching nearly one million people across platforms, the podcast has expanded its audience through its deep dives into the creative and personal histories of our favourite cultural icons.

The season opens with Mark Ronson, who joins Hack to discuss his memoir Night People: How to Be a DJ in 90s New York City. Their conversation revisited 1990s New York club culture and the formative years of Ronson’s career, exploring the origins of his obsession with hip-hop and the darker side of nightlife.

Season two also includes the podcast’s first filmed episode, featuring Tilda Swinton. In conversation with Hack, Swinton reflects on the creative relationships that have shaped her career, including her work with Derek Jarman, Sally Potter and Wes Anderson. The discussion took place alongside the opening of her exhibition Tilda Swinton – Ongoing at Amsterdam’s EYE Filmmuseum, which focuses on how the Scottish actress continues to push against the traditional parameters of acting.

Fashion journalism and criticism are the focus of an episode with Cathy Horyn, former chief fashion critic at The New York Times and current critic-at-large at New York Magazine’s The Cut. Horyn discusses her career, the role of criticism and the importance of historical knowledge in fashion, alongside her parallel life running a 100-acre flower farm in rural Virginia.

Other guests across the season include Raul Lopez, founder and creative director of Luar; Ruth Rogers, co-founder of the River Café; and Jon Gray, co-founder of Bronx collective Ghetto Gastro.
